A cat without a microchip is difficult to identify; collars, GPS devices or other accessories are just additional aids.

The microchip allows cats to be identified. It is as small as a grain of rice and is inserted under the skin. Each microchip number is registered in the Anis database, along with details of the animal and its owner.

So when a microchip is scanned, the number is entered into the Anis database and the owner’s details are instantly displayed. Owners can then be contacted immediately!

To support the identification of cats, we are offering a 20% discount on the price of a microchip implantation from 1 to 30 November 2023.
