We decided to take some decision after the measure taken by the swiss goverment regarding the pandemic of Coronavirus :
-To prevent having people in the waiting room, we invite you to anounce yourself at the reception and to wait outside or in your car. We will call you when it’s your turn.
– If you need medication or food, please give us a ring or write an email, we will make it ready for you. If you don’t want to come in, you will have the option to take your shopping through the reception window.
-We will let only one person with your animal and the vet in consultation.
-Thank you to respect the distance between persons. If you are ill and you have an emergency with your animal please stay outside. For any question you can give us a ring or write an email.
Finally thank you to follow the recommendation of the OFSP in order to protect the vulnerable persons and the help to fight against the pandemic and be able to continue to help your animals.
